[gentoo-dev] [PATCH 1/1] profiles/thirdpartymirrors: drop cran mirrorli

The "cran" mirrorlist contained exactly one working mirror and was used
by exactly one ebuild. The working mirror has been inlined into the
ebuild's SRC_URI.
