Hi,
when I try to connect my Laptop with my Dell docking station via USB-C, in most cases the external monitors (connected via the dock) do not turn on. I have to plug and unplug many times before it eventually works.
The machine is a fairly new Thinkpad with AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 w/ Radeon 880M.
Usually, I see this message on failure:
