Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?

Created /etc/modprobe.d/hid_apple.conf as:

options hid_apple swap_opt_cmd=1 swap_fn_leftctrl=1

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?

modprobe hid_apple

* What was the outcome of this action?

This will load the module and while the desired options have the correct values, they do not actually swap the keys.

* What outcome did you expect instead?

That the hid_apple module would load and they keys would be swapped.
