    Does anyone know where freedesktop is from:

    org/freedesktop/DBus
    org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply

    Take a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D-Bus, though
    I'm not sure it'll be of much help for your problem.
    AIUI it's just a label that was chosen for naming various
    related buses, objects, interfaces etc.
