• scan on Canon mf643

    Hello

    When I try to scan ( x-sane or simple-scan) from my canon MF643 since
    few day I get  this error message :

    *** buffer overflow detected ***: terminated


    Printing work fine.

    I tried from two PC with same configuration : same problem


    info on my system :

    Debian Release: 12.8
    Architecture: amd64 (x86_64)

    Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-27-amd64 (SMP w/24 CPU threads; PREEMPT)
    Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE

    Since last update is there new driver to install.
