  • libvirt-guests.shno se puede conectar a default. Omitiendo...

    Buenos días,

    En Debian 13 "Trixie" al cierre de sesión o pagado de la pc, recibo el mensaje:

    libvirt-guests.sh <https://libvirt-guests.sh/> no se puede conectar a default. Omitiendo...

    Actualmente tengo instalado Gnome-boxes y Virt-manager con todas las dependencias, pero en otra máquina en la que sólo está Gnome-boxes, también sucede.

    He intentado cambiar algunos parámetros del script libvirt-guests.sh <https://libvirt-guests.sh/>, como se indica en esta guía de RHEL:
    https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux/7/html/virtualization_deployment_and_administration_guide/sect-shutting_down_rebooting_and_force_shutdown_of_a_guest_virtual_machine-manipulating_the_libvirt_guests_configuration_settings

    y después reiniciando el servicio, pero sin éxito:

    nano /usr/lib/libvirt/libvirt-guests.sh <https://libvirt-guests.sh/> ON_SHUTDOWN="ignore"
    SHUTDOWN=0

    En el primer reinicio parece que funciona, pero a partir de ahí vuelve a arrojar el mismo mensaje.

    Cualquier sugerencia será bienvenida.

    Buenas tardes,

    Después de leer  y releer, y de hacer algunas pruebas con los parámetros del script, no he podido solucionarlo. Al hacer algunas consultas, me han comentado que en Ubuntu 24.04 reproducían el mismo error al instalar virt-manager y el resto de
    paquetería y que hace unas semanas desapareció el error. Como el servicio sólo es para sincronizar host y huésped para suspender o reanudar, puedo vivir sin ello acordándome de guardar las máquinas virtuales antes de cerrar sesión o apagar. Voy a
    ser pragmático y a esperar a que Trixie llegue a estable. Si se soluciona, bien, si no directamente deshabilitaré el servicio:

    systemctl disable libvirt-guests

    Buenas, por si a alguien le sirve de algo sobre el tema del asunto:

    Tras una consulta  en el foro oficial me han respondido que todo está correcto. El mensaje debe ser ignorado ya que intenta contectar la red "default" con un host externo, y al no existir, omite  y apaga la máquina.
    Por lo tanto, no es un bug y doy el tema por solucionado.
