On June 12th 2021, I submitted a Canadian website to be added to the
"Vendors of Debian installation media" page:

I used this form:
https://www.debian.org/CD/vendors/adding-form
I got a confirmation after submitting the form, but I did not get any email reply and the page still does not include the link I submitted.
How can I get the link added to the page? Here is the info I submitted:

Comment: Hi, I love Debian, keep up the good work! I offer USB media only. CD/DVD is a bit out-dated. However if I submit the form without checking CD
