lsblk.8 is part of util-linux, which was removed from manpages-l10n
some time ago. In manpages-l10n we have it only in stable, i.e.
Bookworm. I'll prepare the backport tomorrow, so it should be updated
there soon.
If you want to have it in Unstable as well, you need to work in the
man page translation of util-linux.
I put the last translator from the French translation of the util
linux man pages in CC, maybe he can help you with any updates[1].
