Jaye,
To the best of my knowledge the source code for the QRZ password process
is NOT open source and the ONLY way you are going to resolve your issue
is to contact FlDigi and/or QRZ via the methods mentioned. I highly
doubt that linuxham is going to get your message or be able to help you.

Dave,
Thank you. Yet I am hoping one of the ham here is able to read the
source code for qrz password process. I've reverted to a short password
for now, but knowing what characters and max length would be very helpful.
Hopefully my message made it to [email protected] people. Don't
want to join that high traffic list.

Jaye,
Your problem most likely lies with FlDigi and/or QRZ; not with Debian.
Address your issue to the FlDigi developer(s) first. They can be reached at: >>
General usage support for Linux, Unix, OS X : Join 'linuxham' at
groups.io<https://groups.io/g/linuxham>
NBEMS support for Windows, Linux, Unix & OS X: Join 'nbems' at
groups.io<https://groups.io/g/nbems>
Support group for Windows users of fldigi: Join 'winfldigi' at
groups.io<https://groups.io/g/winfldigi>
Secondly the support desk at QRZ.com might be able to help you; contact
them via the QRZ webpage.

Greetings,
I stumbled on an issue with FLDIGI performing qrz callsign lookups while >>> using a strong password. I've read the fldigi manual and README to no

Anyone know what characters fldigi will use and maximum password size?
My browsers have no problems with my strong password, but I use fldigi
extensively and really want it to work for lookups with a strong long
password.
I've attempted to send a bug report [email protected] regarding this bug.
