This package can probably come truly rootless if the upstream makefile could be convinced to not pass `-o root -g root` to `install`.

Fwiw, I just removed the -o -g arguments to install so the package can
build normally with RRR: no. I didn't want to create another snowflake
package by going with RRR: binary-targets.
