Greetings debian-hams

I searched packages.debian.net looking for FLNet for working with the
FLDigi suite of tools.

As NBEMS nets are becoming more popular, many NCS's are using FLNet to
aid in their NCS duties. However, as a Linux only user, it's not
available yet.

I feel it would be a welcome addition to the FLDigi suite.
