From Apostolos Kefalas@21:1/5 to All on Wed Oct 25 18:50:01 2023
    Hello all,

it has been a few weeks now that I am playing with packaging SatDump for Debian.

    https://www.satdump.org/about/

I am particularly interested in maintaining the package under Ham Debian Team.

Is there anyone interested in sponsoring the package and probably make a lot of suggestions, since this is my first Debian package?

    Thanks!
    Apostolos, SV1LJJ

    Hi Apostolos,

    that sounds very interesting.

Would you like to maintain it in the https://salsa.debian.org/debian-hamradio-team ?

Do you already have something to look at? Where can we help?

    Hello Christoph,

maintaining satdump in salsa is the goal, but for the time being it only resides
    on my hard disk.

If there is any interest I could upload it on debian.mentors.net for review and possibly sponsorship.

I would appreciate any help with d/copyright

    Apostolos

Well if you want anyone to try it, you should put it somewhere :)
