The shortwave radiogram[1] uses it from time to time to send documents - I definitely used it last year to receive some stuff, and allegedly some groups in the US North East might use it for ARES / RACES type stuff.

Whether that's enough to keep it is a different question!

Yes, I use it. Not heavily, but the ham emergency management community
in the state does do some message handling on HF where the fl* suite is
    my only option.

Yes. My nets are based on fldigi/flmsg every Monday night. Tuesday it

A couple groups I am with it use it to generate/receive ICS forms for EMCOMM/AUXCOMM drills and live events.

    Create
message with flmsg and directly send with flmsg or create a message,
save it, send/receive with flamp, then open received file with flmsg.

Is nice to open resulting documents in web view and print and hand off to individuals for incident command, etc.

We definitely need flmsg in Debian. We use it a lot.

I do not know if the latest 4.0.20 resolves bug #984131 but we should try.

It is helpful to know that software is being used. 4.0.20 does resolve
the FTBFS issue. I will prepare an upload this weekend.
