A couple groups I am with it use it to generate/receive ICS forms for EMCOMM/AUXCOMM drills and live events.
Create
message with flmsg and directly send with flmsg or create a message,
save it, send/receive with flamp, then open received file with flmsg.
Is nice to open resulting documents in web view and print and hand off to individuals for incident command, etc.

I'm wondering if anyone is actually using flmsg since I have no idea
what it is doing and we could stop updating and remove it instead?
