  • Imprimante Samsung CLX-3170-FN laser 4 couleurs

    Hello,
    Depuis quelques heures cette imprimante cit�e imprime bien mal,
    (sous Bookworm) :
    1) Impression centr�e toute petite, format PNG,
    ou
    2) Hi�roglyphes, l'imprimante m'envoie un message d'erreur, format PDF,
    ou
    3) Grosses stries et fond noir (merci pour la consommation d'encre) format PDF.

    Ceci semble s'�tre produit quand j'ai upgrad� le syst�me avec le noyau 6.1.0-18
    Avant, l'imprimante marchait tr�s bien.
    Merci d'un tuyau, d'une aide.

    Got a similar problem after upgrade to v9 too with a bubblejet Epson
    xp-2150, upgraded the epson's own newest linux driver for it and got the
    print head totally messed up when tried the test page : black head was
    killed and I can't get it back to work again. the other colors are
    trashed too.

    that was working perfectly fine under mageia 8 and epson driver.

    So, I'm not alone, even with another printer and Debian.
    With Mageia, the printer works fine.
    I will see tomorrow, reinstalling cups... I will keep you informed.

    Je viens de r�installer CUPS et le pilote Samsung CLX-3170,
    tenter d'imprimer un fichier PDF depuis acroread,
    puis KPDF, je n'obtiens que des stries noirs.
    �a marchait bien avant, comprends pas.

    J'ai eu un comportement + ou - similaire sur une toute autre
    imprimante, il s'est av�r� que c'�tait li� � la d�finition
    s�lectionn�e pour l'impression, que j'avais sp�cifi�e en 600 dpi alors
    que par d�faut c'est du 300dpi.
    J'ai jamais compris non plus quelle �tait la r�elle source du probl�me.

    Je me demande si c'est pas les supports d'images PDF :
    Acroread, Kpdf ... qui g�re mal l'imprimante.
    Il y a d'autres outils, GIMP, LibreOffice-draw...
    c'est moins pire.
    Pour les dpi, �a concerne les images, png, jpg...
