    PD - Question to the more experienced translators: With the release
    getting near, should I wait to before the last day before sending the translation? Or should I send regular smaller translations?

    Sending an update some days before the planned release day should be fine

    Please get translations that are done committed. If I'm correct,
    somewhere near the release the release-notes are pulled into bullseye,
    so get released with it. The more translations that are in, the better.

    PD: The gl.tar.bz I usually send is getting bigger after every
    translation, so I want to try to just send a bzipped diff.

    you can use salsa to host your own clone and create MRs from it :)
