Hi Subhadip,
I think the webext-browserpass Debian package contains both the
Browserpass - browser extension and the native messaging host. While
the native messaging host still works, I found the current browser
extension version incompatible with Chromium version 138.0.7204.49
installed from the Debian stable repo. I had to install the latest
extension from Chrome marketplace to make it work.
Well the package (including the extension) in unstable/testing does
work with the current Chromium version. You may have to (re)activate it
in Chromium, though.
I am glad to hear that and will wait for the latest version to be
available. Do you think there's any chance to also make the latest
version available in the backports?
Sure, there's definitely the chance. It only needs somebody willing to
do it. I'll look into it, when time permits.
