Hello,
thanks to a generous donation by Loongson Technology Corporation Limited, we now
have a beefy porterbox for Debian's new loong64 port. The new server features two
Loongson 3C5000 processors with 16 cores each clocked at 2.20 GHz, 2 TB of disk space for home directories as well as 256 GB of RAM [1].
The machine is called shenzhou and reachable over IPv6-only as
shenzhou.debian.net
I have tested that creating a schroot and building packages work, but there might still
be something that I might have missed. So if you run into any problems, please let me
know.
