    Is it compatible with QuicTLS, which is another fork of OpenSSL? Some
    context here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1011391. QuicTLS has some users already: curl, haproxy, apache, nodejs, ngtcp2.
