Looks like I forgot this package. All other OpenStack packages were unblocked with that patch:

but forgot the Octavia one...
FYI, this patch makes it possible to use the RabbitMQ Quorum queues manager
of OpenStack's oslo.messaging lib.

Impossible to install OpenStack with Octavia with OCI.

I found out today, because I could finally run my CI with Trixie only, since the latest unblock (for the postfix module). So I very much understand that
it will work with this patch.
