    unfortunately your report was filed against the "general" package
    (which is not a real package) and lacks any info that could be used
    to route it to a real package.

    Please provide at least the Debian version you are running, which
    (graphical) desktop you were using, and in which programs this
    problem appears.

    If possible please reassign this bug to the package you suspect
    changed and caused the problem to appear.
