    Hi,

    While reading through the NEWS entries on an upgrade to trixie I noticed
    that the the systemd NEWS entry for 256~rc3-3 is missing a "no" in
    "... as the directory will [no] longer be cleaned up automatically on
    boot ...".

    The attached patch adds the missing "no".
