    scipy 1.16 has been uploaded to experimental.
    opentsne is failing tests with it, on 32-bit arches.

    The failure seems trivial:
    the tolerance in test_set_perplexities_respects_symmetrization is
    too tight (1e-16) for 32-bit systems.
