since some time ago, the backports kernel updates fail to boot on the mentioned CPU. The last working version was 6.6.13-1~bpo12+1. Since then, every upgrade attempt so far has failed with a kernel panic, the last such attempt having been with 6.10.6-1~bpo12+1.
