[ Reason ]
This Debian package release fixes the autopkgtest
"mariadb is responsive".

The reason why it was failing, is because puppet-module-puppetlabs-mysql
setups "ssl = false" by default in /etc/mysql/my.cnf unless one specifies "ssl-disable" when calling its init.pp. Unfortunately, with recent MariaDB server, this forces the client to specify --ssl=off in the command line,
which is what this patch is doing in the autopkgtest.

Ran autopkgtest manually.

[ Risks ]
This only touches debian/tests/spec/puppetlabs-mysql_spec.rb, so no risk
for our users.
