• Bug#1109743: cryptsetup-initramfs: Devices in /etc/integritytab are not

From Daniel Collins@21:1/5 to All on Wed Jul 23 01:10:01 2025
    Package: cryptsetup-initramfs
    Version: 2:2.6.1-4~deb12u2
    Severity: normal
    X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]

    Dear Maintainer,

The initramfs scripts don't set up any devices listed in /etc/integritytab, which prevents the root filesystem being installed on a dm-integrity device (or a md-raid/LVM/etc volume on such a device). This is a desirable feature on systems where data integrity is of high importance.

    Best regards
    Daniel
