The bug report was from a Community Team member on behalf of said team
as far as I was informed.
As you probably know, they created a bug report that contained 0
information and required a lot of imagination to be considered valid.
You re-opened it as part of your role as release team member, so the
bug was opened by you, from my point of view.
Do you think the changelog is inaccurate or violates the coc? Please
feel free to further involve the community team.
I told the CT that I expected them to follow up on the to-be expected response to
my action.
What you expect people to do and what they actually do are not the same.
The only other communication I received from the community team was an intimation to stop replying to people[1].
They state that the decision was from a person with authority (I
presume you). So I think the changelog is entirely accurate.

I spotted this in the changelog:
well timed bug reports from the release team
during the freeze period made it impossible to correct the problems.
The bug report was from a Community Team member on behalf of said team
as far as I was informed. They asked me (in person at DebConf) to
reinstate the bug with my Release Team hat on, which I did. I told the
CT that I expected them to follow up on the to-be expected response to
my action.
