Please unblock package cinnamon

gnome-icon-theme was installed by other dep. until february, on new
install is now missing, but since gnome is default icon theme this cause
some icons missed and other issue like start menu favorites not working
if icon is missed.
For Trixie the small and safest fix is to add gnome-icon-theme as
cinnamon dep.

With this change all icons are visible and also favorites are working

This modification should not have risks for what I know
