    crossgrader instructions

    Maybe the error is "harmless" but it would be much better to output
    a list of packages that can't be crossgraded and ask whether to remove them.
    [ And beware, it may also include packages that *can/should* be
    crossgraded, but which weren't found because of a faulty
    `sources.list`. ]
