This a follow up unblock request related to unblock: kicad/9.0.3+dfsg-1
[ Reason ]
kicad-packages3d contains collected and prepared 3D models to get used
in the 3D-Viewer in the PCB-Editor of KiCad. The newer version provides
newly added and also some corrected 3D models.
[ Impact ]
Users can't particpate from newer or fixed 3D models.
[ Tests ]
I've open some of my PCB projects in the 3D-Viewer with new added parts
and their models, we don't have automated tests for testing this.
Upstream does a lot on testing of these models.
[ Risks ]
There is quite no risk, no other package in Debian is using this package
except kicad.
