• Bug#944878: O: palabos -- CFD solver based on the lattice Boltzmann met

From Taihsiang Ho (tai271828)@21:1/5 to All on Tue Jul 15 11:30:01 2025
    Progress update:

Palabos v2.3.0 has been packaged after a revamp by me. I also successfully built and run tutorial_1_1 using the .a file included in the package for verification.

Next step: I will look for a Debian Developer (DD) to sponsor the upload
during DebConf 25, particularly during the Debian Science team BoF.

Anyone who happens to be the user of palabos deb or interested in such packaging work is more than welcome to reach out to me. I am looking
    forward to your feedback.

I got myself familiar with how the code is built and prepared patches to generate and package both the .a and .so libraries. I will target version 2.3.0 to rework.
