Hi Laszlo,

in my earlier update of -latomic updates I failed to anticipate that musl-linux-mipsel and others would be affected as well. Hence, I'm
attaching a patch that extends -latomic to not just a list of
architectures but a list of cpus and abis such that it generically
matches non-linux and non-glibc architectures without a need to update
them individually. Please consider applying it after trixie is released.
