This is an update of a data-only package containing settings for
mobile broadband providers.
[ Impact ]
Users will miss out on up-to-date settings.
[ Tests ]
mobile-broadband-provider-info has no autopkgtests, but data files are validated during the build.
[ Risks ]
It is possible that some new settings are incorrect, but only users of
those particular providers would be affected. There is an extension
to the schema, which should be ignored by applications that do not use
it. I have done a test rebuild of all reverse-build-dependencies, and
found an issue in plasma-nm (unrelated to the schema change), which is
already resolved (#1108424).
