When I removing cpp-14 package which was a C compiler. It removes also the
core kde desktop environment

REMOVING:

Then suddenly these packages suddenly marked as no longer needed

When I check the cpp-14 package content. It's just a binary executuble.
There is no library files found. Could you fix this problem on uninstalling compiler tools?
