    The advansys kernel module seems to have disappeared from 2.6.8:

    < CONFIG_SCSI_ADVANSYS=m
    CONFIG_SCSI_SATA_NV=m

    Can I have it back please :)

    It's okay on x86, but broken for every architecture with more
    complicated dma setups.
