• Bug#266669: /usr/bin/perl: perl-base: relocation error on m68k

From Ingo Juergensmann@1:229/2 to All on Wed Aug 18 19:30:12 2004
    From: [email protected]

    Package: perl-base
    Version: 5.8.4-2.0.1
    Severity: normal
    File: /usr/bin/perl

I just made an apt-get upgrade of my sarge test installation and got the following:

    Setting up adduser (3.59) ...
    /usr/bin/perl: relocation error: /usr/lib/libperl.so.5.8: undefined symbol: Perl_pp_scalar
    dpkg: error processing adduser (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 127

    spice:/# perl -e 1
perl: relocation error: /usr/lib/libperl.so.5.8: undefined symbol: Perl_pp_scalar

CPU is a 060, if that matters...

    regards,
    ij
