you reported the following bug against version 1.0.3.8 (experimental) of texmacs:
here is what I see when I launch texmacs. There are 2 problems: one
with ecrm10 and one with rtcxr10 :

I just uploaded debian packages of the latest unstable version of
texmacs (1.0.3.11), both to he experimental archive of debian,
and to ftp.texmacs.org. Could you pleae check whether your error
still occurs? I yes, please send me a texmacs file that I can use
in order to reproduce this error.
I tried again with this version:

after removing my ~/.TeXmacs/ directory. There are still several font generation warnings and errors when texmacs displays the "Welcome to
TeXmacs" document:
