    Please close this bug. pstogif was removed in 21.1.9-1

    pstogif cannot be included in free software and so it cannot be
    included in the xemacs21 packages.

    I agree that we need to remove pstogif from archive. Quote

    LaTeX2HTML is non-free. So need to remove. O.K. I'll fix
    next upload.

    BTW, I don't know why but the latest latex2html package doesn't
    contain the script named pstogif.

    ii latex2html 2002-2-1-7 LaTeX to HTML translator
    $ dpkg -L latex2html |grep pstogif
    $
