apt-get install ... says:

libapt-pkg-perl depends on libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.3; however:
Package libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.3 is not installed.

if i force installation because libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.3 is provided
by apt which is installed i get an error when starting apt-file
update:

Can't load '/usr/lib/perl5/auto/AptPkg/AptPkg.so' for module
AptPkg: libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5.so.3.3: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory at /usr/lib/perl/5.8/DynaLoader.pm
line 225.
