I've seen no segfaults, but this damn bug wasted my entire morning, after
svn began to exhibit these behaviors:
- Setting some date fields in .svn/entries to values in the 1930's and
even invalid date strings, breaking working copies on co or update.
- svn st outputting binary garbage and listing files that didn't exist
- svn up complaining about .svn/tmp/ files that didn't exist
Downgrading libapr0 fixed all of these.
