Hi. I've just discussed this bug with an exmh user and confirmed that
in its default configuration the package is unusable in testing.

tk.4 is the default provider of wish for sarge, or at least seems to be in my tests.

With tk 8.4, critical features like reply to message and view
attachment do not work and cannot be accessed.

In addition, I believe it is a policy violation to depend on a virtual
package without an alternative.
