    The missing leading slash in the LoadModule path as added by apxs2 -a
    also affects the third-party frontpage_module by rtr.com. I imaginge
    this bug affects anything built by apxs2.

    Adding a symlink from /etc/apache2/usr to /usr works for places where
    a script tries to call apxs2 and reload the server without pausing.
    Otherwise I just edit the apache2.conf file to fix the LoadModule
    line.
