Dear maintainer,

When programming a console application in C++ (this might apply to other application types and languages as
well), after successfull compilation, kdevelop3 executes my program with
the command:
konsole --workdir=<workdir> -e /bin/sh -c '<myprogram>; echo "Press
Enter to continue!"; read'

The final read does not have a variable as agument, although this is
required by POSIX. bash does not make problem out of this, but dash
does. Just changing the 'read' to 'read nothing' would do the trick.
Changing /bin/sh to /bin/bash would work too, but seems overkill to me.
