• Bug#266079: Programs using libxosd2 crash (e.g. xmms), Segmentation fau

From Richard Faasen@1:229/2 to All on Mon Aug 16 18:40:12 2004
    From: [email protected]

    Package: libxosd2
    Version: 2.2.8-5
    Severity: normal

After doing an apt upgrade on my system, some programs using libxosd2
crash. XMMS works fine as long as OSD module is disabled, after enabling
OSD it will crash after showing a few OSD's. Also a perl script for
xchat that I use (available on request) crashes xchat immediately after
loading or (in modified form) after showing a couple of OSD's. When uncommenting only some OSD commands from the script, xchat
no longer crashes. The 'hotkeys' program that also uses osd seems
    to work without problems though.
