  • Bug#266062: Gaim keeps trying to connect after 'auto-login' disabled.

    I have a jabber server that is unreachable for the moment. In order
    to keep gaim from annoying me with random dialog boxes, I have
    unchecked the auto-login box for that server. However, it still
    periodically tries to connect until I close gaim and start it again.

    that is the action of the reconnect plugin, which acts independently of
    the auto login option.
