The k3b man page states that the option --isoimage causes k3b to treat
the file on the command line as an iso image. k3b actually throws an
error and exits if you use this command line argument:

$ k3b --isoimage ~/tmp/k3b_1.iso
k3b: Unknown option '--isoimage'.
k3b: Use --help to get a list of available command line options.

It appears that this option has now been removed and is replaced by the
option --cdimage.

$ k3b --cdimage ~/tmp/k3b_1.iso

(BTW it would be nice if k3b were associated with iso images in KDE by default!)
