    Sorry for getting back this late, I think I must have missed the reply on the bug report.

    Anyway, to follow up on the message, the "Quote" button is in the reply
    window, not in the send dialog box".

    So, To reproduce, you can get someone to send you a test message. Then view the
    event, and there should be buttons saying "reply", "quote", "forward", and "start chat".

    Highlight part of the message, and then hit "quote". Then this bug can be reproduced.
