The text item in the toolbox has a window for various configurations.
We should be able to control the background color the text is given
right there in that configuration window.
Also we want to be able to set the angle that text will be inserted right there,
without having to rotate it later each time.
E.g., the next fifty roads on the map are north south, so we want our text to run up the screen, and the text must have white background boxes.
