Please find attached the french programs translation update.

PS : I found that PO files in po/ are not updated according to the
apt-all.pot file.

Can you consider running the following:

cd po
for i in *.po ; do
msgmerge -U $i apt-all.pot
done

then commit...

This won't affect translation some translators may have sent recently and
this will sync the PO files with the POT file.

Of course, I did this on the French file before updating it..:-)
