tcl-mode starts fine with xemacs21-basesupport 2002.03.29-1. I've
tested this by editing a file name matching *.tcl or issuing M-x
tcl-mode both with my own .emacs file and after starting xemacs with
the -q option.
I believe it is safe to close this bug.
