• Bug#265771: pci.h missing u64 definition

From Bdale Garbee@1:229/2 to All on Sat Aug 14 23:40:07 2004
    From: [email protected]

    Package: pciutils-dev
    Version: 2.1.11-15

The <pci/pci.h> include file does not have a definition for u64, while the equivalent file on Redhat, et al, seems to. This poses a problem in building efibootmgr which now depends on libpci and includes <linux/ethtool.h>, since ethtool.h uses u64.

My short-term hack was to add a typedef for u64 directly into the efibootmgr source file that includes ethtool.h, but it'd be much nicer if this were provided by pci.h consistently with other distributions.
